Yes!! So finally we will get to see an uncut version of the great 80's slasher. I hope they have an uncut print and not just deleted scenes as a bonus on the disc. Oh well, can't wait for this and the 3-D remake, as long as the 3-D effects are cool it will be worth the price of admission.

I just watched MBV for the first time in years, the cuts definitely hamper the flow of the film, and I can't wait to see it before the MPAA got their grubby hands on it. Hopefully Paramount will let whoever released this to do a real special edition with the unedited cuts of the Friday the 13th films.
Haven't seen the trailer for the MBV remake, while I am usually anti-remake, I've heard positives, plus 3-D, man!
By the way, I am Sean's brother.
i agree the cut you let me borrow seemed like it was missing something and hence i couldnt fully enjoy it. hope this new one is better
